Notifications and quiet hours
What you get notified about, the daily limit, and quiet hours at night.
Messages, calls and responses to your own asks always reach you.
Suggestions, such as a new ask that fits your business, are limited to a few a day and only sent when they are likely to be useful to you.
Quiet hours: by default no suggestions are sent between 10:30 pm and 7:30 am. Calls and messages from your chats still come through.
